Starting as a D.C. lawyer with Patton Boggs, Scott founded and led Gateway Planning Group’s national practice from Dallas-Fort Worth prior to joining Urban Innovators.
Scott’s downtown and urban-suburban masterplans and form-based codes became legendary for the scale of walkable economic development implemented by more than 50 cities and developers including CenterCal, Craig International, KDC and Rosewood Properties.
